Mr. Fu Gang, China’s famous health industry investor, graduated from Peking University Medical School, former physician of Beijing Railway General Hospital, former Marketing VP of Livzon Group. In 2005, he founded Baheal Pharmaceutical Group, and has been serving as chairman and CEO since. Baheal Pharmaceutical Group has a number of well-known brands of health product, while achieving vertical integration in the health industry in terms of the Internet, setting up Chinese medical industry resource optimization platform in terms of healthcare services, and continues to support investment and incubation of innovative enterprises in the health industry with professional evaluation and operation. It has developed an ecological growth framework consists of international brand ecosystem, Internet applications ecosystem, healthcare services ecosystem, and financial services ecosystem.


Mr. Fu Gang was named “The First National Top Ten pharmaceutical industry professional managers” by China Pharmaceutical Enterprise Managers Association in 2005, and twice was named “Outstanding Chinese Enterprise IT leader” by CECA National Information Evaluation Center since 2006. Mr. Fu Gang also serves as executive director of the Chinese Medical Doctors Association, vice chairman of China Pharmaceutical Enterprise Management Association, vice chairman of China Association of Pharmaceutical Commerce and others.

Frank’s experience is in QC Laboratory, Technical Services, Validation, Manufacturing, Packaging, Global Quality, R&D, and Global Operations. Frank enjoys solving problems because his deep knowledge of pharmaceutical operations gives him the skills he needs to identify the root cause of issues and their solutions.

Bringing a 20 year successful track record within the generic pharmaceutical industry, Bill adds a truly global perspective to AiPing Pharmaceutical. With a Masters Degree in International Management and extensive experience in China, India, Europe, Australia, USA and Canada, he has a wealth of industry knowledge and maintains an active, well-established worldwide network of contacts and clients. From API to finished dose, among a wide range of delivery technologies in both OTC and Rx markets, Bill has identified and secured a plethora of valuable commercial transactions over the years including exclusive licensing deals, technology transfers, long term supply agreements, ANDA acquisitions, co-development arrangements, etc. He will play an integral role in AiPing’s growth model and executing on the company’s strategic initiatives.
